Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21+ years old to use kyatm12.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be located in a country where casino gambling is prohibited. It is each player's responsibility to verify this.
• kyatm12 reserves the right to refuse service to any player at its own discretion.

Terms & Conditions

This agreement is a legally binding contract between the kyatm12 platform and the player. By accessing this platform and using its services, you are indicating that you fully accept the terms stated in this agreement. Players must also comply with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies, which are considered part of this agreement.

One Person — One Account Only

Each player may open only one account on kyatm12. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device fingerprint, phone number, or IP address, all such accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

Accurate Information Required

• You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering.
• kyatm12 may verify your identity (NRC / national registration card) at any time.
• Accounts opened with false information will be closed and funds may be lost.
• Players must register using their real name only; registration under a third party's name is not allowed.

Security Responsibility

Players must keep their username and password secure and must not share them with anyone. kyatm12 is not responsible for any losses caused by a third party accessing your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact platform customer support immediately.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount on kyatm12 is 20,000 Ks. This amount applies to all payment methods including KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

Payment Methods

• Payments must be made from the player's own account only.
• Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be refunded.
• kyatm12 may take a few moments to verify your deposit; if the deposit is unsuccessful, please contact customer service.
• Payment methods may change, and players will be notified in advance.

Fraud Prevention

kyatm12 reserves the right to carry out checks as needed to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. If a suspicious payment is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional information may be requested.

Withdrawal Limits

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes; it may take longer in some cases due to verification.
• Players may only request withdrawals to their own registered account.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit; in cases where this is not possible, kyatm12 will make the final decision.

Withdrawal Hold Period

kyatm12 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if checks are still in progress or bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met. Players will be notified and given an explanation if this occurs.

Welcome Bonus

kyatm12 gives a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, making your balance 40,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 10 (20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks). Second example — deposit 620,000 Ks and you get a 300,000 Ks bonus, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement

• You can only withdraw winnings earned from a bonus after you have wagered the bonus amount 10 times.
• If you attempt to withdraw before the wagering requirement is complete, the remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.
• There may be bet size limits that apply toward wagering, and the conditions may vary for each promotion.

VIP Cashback

There are five VIP levels — Bronze (0.2%), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%) — each earning weekly cashback at the stated rate. The qualifying turnover, conditions, and cashback amounts will follow the policy announced by kyatm12.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend to play at kyatm12 and earn 8% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person; on top of that, you can earn an additional 0.2% weekly commission on your friend's qualifying bets.

Bonus Withdrawal Eligibility

• A player may only claim one bonus at a time; kyatm12 reserves the right to decide whether bonuses can be combined.
• If kyatm12 suspects that players are colluding to abuse bonuses, kyatm12 may cancel those bonuses.

Fair Play

The slots, live casino, football, 2D lottery, and Sic Bo games offered at kyatm12 operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG); game results are fair and cannot be predicted in advance.

Technical Errors

If kyatm12 determines that a game result was incorrect due to a software or hardware error, the affected rounds may be voided and stakes refunded; any winnings deemed to have resulted from an error will not be paid out.

Disconnection

If a game is incomplete due to the player's internet connection issue, the outcome will be determined by referencing kyatm12's server records. Server records are treated as the authoritative source.

Actions That Will Not Be Tolerated

• Hacking the platform, directly manipulating software, or using scripting or automation tools.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses by using multiple or disguised accounts.
• Using kyatm12 for money laundering purposes.
• Depositing or withdrawing under another person's name, or transferring funds between accounts.
• Collusion between players to exploit technical errors.
• Making threats against the platform or other players.

Breach of Rules

If any of the above activities are found to have taken place, kyatm12 has the right to void bonuses and winnings and permanently close the account; legal action may also be taken where applicable under the law.

Self-Exclusion by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact customer service and withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion can be requested under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Suspension by kyatm12

If there is a breach of this agreement, suspected fraud, or use of software exploits, kyatm12 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account without prior notice. Please note that any remaining balance pending a financial review will be held until that review is complete.

Data Handling

Cookies and Tracking

Possible Service Interruptions

Events Beyond Our Control

kyatm12 is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, legal decisions, or internet connectivity issues.

Gaming Losses

Casino games carry the risk of financial loss. By accessing and playing on this platform, the player is considered to have acknowledged and accepted this. kyatm12 is not responsible for compensating players for gaming losses.

Policy Updates

kyatm12 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. For significant changes, players will be notified in advance via the platform or other communication channels. Continued use of the platform after any announcement is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Language and Version

This agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy, the Burmese version shall be the authoritative reference.
